The Do-It-Together chair is a collaboration between us as the designers / producers of the chair and the people who order it and who will make it.
The Do-It-Together Chair comes as a self-assembly kit. Following the very clear instructions you connect the wooden parts with bolts and wingnuts. We have printed the part names on the components to make the assembly even simpler.
The geometry of the chair is developed to enable a comfortable sitting posture, maximum strength and the smallest possible packaging.
The D.I.T. Chair is made with a frame of solid beech wood and the seat and back are birch plywood.
The wood is untreated and is beautiful as it is, but you can paint it, oil it or just leave it the way it is.
