Fabrics are the protagonists in the dazzlingly refined visual crescendo that is Forever.
The Forever collection is inspired by this fascination with fashion, each piece consisting of a core piece of furniture with a changeable cover made from concept/couture fabrics. There are single, double or embroidered silk organzas, cottons, weaves and felts, fine alcantara with simple or French-style stitching, unfinished edges and laser cuts and magical memory weaves that wrap the seats and benches and outline the exhibition scenes in a skilful interplay of hanging panels. The fabrics are also the result of Moroso’s careful research and development process that has produced new and innovative materials from luxuriant flower prints to high performance industrial fabrics - fabrics that wrap and subvert archetypal seat forms, creating different effects depending on mood, and creating new forms and volumes.
Forever is like a story becoming real. The space is transformed into a fantasy forest filled with energy, darkness, sparkle, stillness and happiness.
